amazing stay!
cleanliness studio comfortable bed attentive staff
i really liked the cleanliness of the studio i stayed in and the comfortable bed. the staff was very attentive and friendly. the kitchen was also well-equipped, a really nice touch. fresh cookies were provided upon arrival!
the gym hours were a bit limited on the weekend, slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is less than ten minutes from liverpool train and tube station, great for getting around! various shops and restaurants are close by. it is near shops.

my room included a kitchenette with every utensil i needed, so convenient! there were big, fluffy towels in the bathroom, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. plus, the room was very quiet, which i definitely appreciated.

insufficient support cupboard issue
The support via qr code was insufficient. i needed more tea bags but after two requests over three hours, i received no help. also, some room fittings lacked quality. A cupboard was hard to open as it scraped against the side when moved. these issues detracted from an otherwise functional room.

Acceptable stay. Some disappointments
small room broken fixture
The location near Liverpool Street station proved useful for getting around.
I found the room quite small. Storage space was definitely lacking. The absence of daily housekeeping was also noticeable. The shower fixture needed repair. It was awkward to use a broken piece. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
